The Main Technician in PC Power Tech is Mac , who started in the IT industry in June 1996. He had several positions including networking technician, trouble shooter and network administrator. He holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Management Information Systems, from California. He also passed a Cisco Network Administrator Training  Course at the Meadowbank TAFE.
Mac is a Microsoft Certified  System Engineer and holds a  Microsoft Certified Professional Certificate.
Mac is associated with various community networks including Ryde Business Forum,  Member of Chatswood Chamber of Commerce, and Ryde Business Referral Group.  He is also a member of the Australian Computer  Society.
